The faith school has designed different training programs according to the requirement of students as well as teachers. Management is successfully running the following training sessions
Introduction Course
The teachers are introduced to the teaching stretegies and policies of the school. It is a process of providing training and support during the first few months of teaching in the first year of the Faith School.
The Foundation Course
In this course detailed teaching methodologies are demonstrated through effective planning methods.
Microsoft Training Workshop
ICT skill development workshops are conducted in three different sessions at The Faith School campus IT lab by the IT teacher/instructor. Teachers learn different software, web tools like Prezi, Mindmeister, siderscribe, googleDrive, Tedd.com and many others and are used by them in their lectures and classes. It is a good opportunity for them to learn new technologies.
Wafaq-ul-Madaras Training Courses
Wafaq-ul-Madaras training course is held every year at Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad Principals and coordinators participated in that conference last year. Topic of character building record keeping, HRM, activities, academic, to attend special child, to improve weak child, effective communication skills, the balanced assessment, creating conductive learning environment were discussed at the conference.
